Reconstitution Steps for 5mg Vials
Clean the rubber stopper of your Semaglutide vial and bacteriostatic water vial with alcohol. Draw 2.0ml of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
Inject the water slowly down the inside wall of the Semaglutide vial. Do not inject directly onto the powder to avoid damaging the peptide. Let it dissolve naturally; do not shake the vial.
Measuring Your Dosage
With 2.0ml of water in a 5mg vial, the concentration is 2.5mg per ml. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, 10 units (0.1ml) will equal 0.25mg of Semaglutide. Store the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator.
